Fern V. Heim Scholarships are only available to Board Members of accredited public libraries in Nebraska.

*Meals are reimbursed at per diem rates set by the GSA, and adjusted by the State of Nebraska. The maximum per diem rate is $60. For purposes of this form, provide a meal estimate of $60 per day. Actual reimbursement for meals will depend on location of conference and will be calculated by NLC staff.

In addition to this completed application for the Fern V. Heim Scholarship, we must receive a completed acknowledgement and indication of support form from the library director. Please tell the director to complete and submit the form at that link.
